Since the majority of our items are made to order or personalized, we do have a standard "No Returns Policy" however, if there is an issue with your item when it arrives, just contact us. We pride ourselves on our customer service, and will do what we can to make it right.

Please understand that we do have full time jobs, and are doing the parenting thing, so the creating gets done on evenings, weekends and off time. Please allow some extra time for any custom requests.

My son loves that it says his name on it! He used it the moment it came in. He loves otter pops and now that it's getting cooler He loves to still enjoy his favorite treat without his fingers getting cold
