The majority of our items have a flat $5.95 standard shipping fee. We do this because we want you to feel confident in a price up front. Calculated shipping can vary from zip code to zip code, state to state, and season to season and that's just too unpredicatable.

Can I upgrade my shipping?

Most items have an upgraded shipping option available. If you don't see it offered, contact us! We'd be more than happy to see what we can do for you.

What is your return policy?

Since the majority of our items are made to order or personalized, we do have a standard "No Returns Policy" however, if there is an issue with your item when it arrives, just contact us. We pride ourselves on our customer service, and will do what we can to make it right.

Fantastic question! We are adding items all the time. Several items have been special requests from previous customers. If we can make or design something for you, we will definitely try.

Please understand that we do have full time jobs, and are doing the parenting thing, so the creating gets done on evenings, weekends and off time. Please allow some extra time for any custom requests.
